hi there,,
here is what you wanted,,

ideal schedule for 9 month old-- thats tough,,all babies are different,,,let me try to put it on an average...
if you are talking about total intake in a day, then its --
Breast milk Or iron-fortified formula 3-4 feedings or a total of 24-32 ounces total per day.
infant cereal - 406 tablespoons.
infant juice - 4 oz or 1/2 cup ( from sippy cup,spoon only.only the ones that you have introduced and fruit:water = 1 : 4 or 1:3..No 100% juice for babies under 12 months.
Fruits - 6-8 tablespoons,
vegetables - 6-8 tablespoons,
meat or any source of protein like tofu, lentils --- 4-6 tablespoons..
plus minus 1oz here and there is ok,,not much to worry,,c how much is your baby apetite, dont overfeed him and look for his cues on amt of feeds,,sometimes they dont express but you know your baby to the best.
this intake is for 9-10 months only,,,after they will be in transition period, and maturing to toddler age, also is good time for teething(some babies eat less in that or some like mine go on fast ).
also their pattern of eating, drinking, sleeping all will change...
now if its the feeding pattern then the number of meals are as follows :
breakfast - cereal and fruits (total 1/2cup,,could be 1/4th cup cereal,1/4th fruit) and bm or formula.
brunch - 1/4cup of an extra serving of fruit or vegetable or something like a piece of roti,or a toast with water.
lunch - a total 1/2cup of solid food, mostly vegies, cereal or any indian homemade food,,then after 1/2hour,bm or formula (on demand)
snack - 1/4th cup of diced fruit or some infant teething cookie or biscuits, with water... or a infant toast with juice,,
then is dinner - 1/2cup of whatever you give with leftover remaining portions of fruit or vegies watever he didnt have thru out the day,,and formula on demand...
lastly,,just before a good night sleep,a full feed of bm and formula..
now not all days babies are eat to that much,,but make sure that they atleast fulfill the minimum require intake,,
if still hungry, replace the diet you want acc to your baby prefrecs,,,
this is what i did for my baby, and i m telling you its a tough feeding them all day :)
so good luck & you have a wonderful time !

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
