There are only two ways to slim down 1) burn more calories than you take in and 2)tone your muscles (which a hot belt simply won't do). If you are still breastfeeding, you want to lose weight in a controled and healthful manner so as not to compromise your health or milk supply. Depending on your history of exercising, I would recommend: brisk daily walks, jogging, consulting a personal trainer at a gym, joining an aerobics class, yoga guided by a knowledgeable teacher. If none of these are options for you, consider getting an exercise DVD that you can do at home close to you little one. If you want to slim your tummy, you will need one that focuses on abs. It will not be painless, but it will likely help. If you do not have a history of exercising, go slowly, start out with a light regime and build up a little bit at a time.
