Hi

We are from Bombay and will soon be shifting to Bangalore in May 05. My son is 17 mths old. I need to find a creche.We may take up acco either in Koramangala, Indiranagar or somewhere near MG Road hence something nearer to these areas would be good.

I would like to know what is the right age to put a child in a creche. He does not speak yet and is not potty trained. Is he too young to put in a creche? I use only cloth diapers and pads as he is allergic to prolonged ready made diaper use- will they change him whenever required? Will they take care of his meals? ( He is a a little fussy about eating) Please reply urgently. Are they particular about Hygiene?

The place is called Rainbow Nest. It is run by Reshmi. She is very sweet. My daughter was going there since she was 9 months old till i moved to Delhi.I was very happy with the place and she was very well looked after.

This info was provided to me by a friend.

There is one 'Little Feet' or 'Little Steps' or 'Tiny Feet' somewhere on the road parallel to CMH Road (not Sri Krishna temple road). Then i have seen another on 100 feet road - 'Mamatha' (adjoins with Lakme). One of my earlier neighbours used to send her child there. Then i have seen another one close to Jeevan Bhima Nagar road. There is another on 14th or 15th main Indiranagar. Check the 'Kids Space' opposite to NPS.

Then near 7th main Indiranagar there was 'Athena' 24 hours/7 days creche but was not too conducive when Lavanya & I had visited almost 2 yrs back. Don't know whether they are still there or have improved.
