First of all wishing you all for your safe delivery. Iam from July board and thinking of posting something useful for you.

Be prepare urself for facing any kind of delivery whatever it is normal or c-section. I had a c-section and was not prepared and didn't know what & how would be the c-section. So, its my kind advice to all of you, just know abt c-section, what actually and how many days it will need to recover. When I got c-section, after 3 days of c-section, when I had to go to loo on my own, I was not... and each movement in the bed - getting up, turning to oneside was so painful and cried that I may not able to return to normal routine.... But I was...within 13days. So all of you should have courage. I am not making you to get dare. But I am praying none should get scream like me.

And also there is an important thing in our delivery, eventhough u are doing lot of walking/excercise, it is not the fact that u'll deliver normally (example my case). Your cervix should open in time. Althose excercises whatever you are doing will help you to relax your muscles during your birth....provided everything is going on in a right direction.

And also clean your aerola (dark area around the nipple) using cotton dipped in hotwater (person who are nearing your delivery date). Before feeding your baby you should clean it well.... I don't know whether it is possible in your last moment, as i hope all of u planned to breast feed in the first hour after delivery.
