Hi Ragini - I posted this response to your query on the August board:

Hi Ragini,
I asked SOOOO many people about this before I delivered (I delivered in June) and people had different opinions. I ended up buying some cloth and one box of disposable ones and figured I would try them both out. I have found that I like using cloth better as they are more comfortable and softer, but disposable are convenient b/c they are \";disposable\";!!!

Soooo, usually I use cloth nowadays, but in the first few weeks of nursing when I was a leaky mess b/c of all the milk, I would use disposable and go through 3 sets of pads a day.

My advice to you is to get one box of disposable and maybe two sets of cloth. Try them both out - but I think you will like the disposable ones in the early days. The cloth become better for later on b/c they are cheaper in the long run and I use them to wipe my daughter's mouth too!

Hope this helps!
Chetna
