hello friends,
here I cum again,n yes,again its related to food.U gals might be wondering,doesnt this gal get any other topic than food?hmm partly yes,coz now I only dream of \" Healthy food\" n Healthy Baby\" ..This time I' m posting a yummy raita recipe.Actually my doc told me 2 eat green leafs daily.So u need to be innovative with them,otherwise u dont feel like eating greens.So my mom made this yummy palak raitha.I' ll share this recipe with u.here it goes..
oh oh,this website is no letting me post it.Donno why?actually I thought of posting this palak raitha recipe n asking u ppl also to share sum healthy recipes,so that we can all
inculcate that in our daily diet.
now I donno what to do?
can we all create a yahoo group,n share our recipes there?plz gals,do tell me.

thanks meghnah for this recipe! i will surely try it.

i am really worried abt my vegetable intake.. bcoz of the nausea, i' m not able to include a variety of vegetables in my diet. its always the same 3-4 that i' ve been eating :(

and noooooooooooo...i dont think anyone will think that u keep thinking abt food only!! diet is so important in pregnancy and infact we all are thankful to you for sharing everything.

and yes, a biiiiiig thanks to your mom too :)

hello rakhi,
I´ ll keep posting healthy recipes from now on,provided the moderator lets me.
Beacause of nausea u´ ve lost appetite,therfore u tend to eat limited vegetables,hope u cum over it sooon.n hoping that in ur next post u´ ll msg me saying I´ m eating all varieties of fruits n vegetables..hey in my other posts I´ ve written abt tender coconut n nausea.Just read it.Eating crackers early in the mroning too helps in reducing nausea.

palak or betroot leaves or amaranthus leaves =50gms
jeera-1/4 tsp
roasted jeera powder-2.1/4th tsp
curd-3/4 cup
kala namak-pinch
chat masala-1/2 tsp
redchilli powder-1 tsp(or acc to ur taste)
salt - acc to taste
Onion - optional

1.Wash palak leaves n chop it finely,boil it in cooker for 1 or 2 whistles adding lil jeera.(as ur steaming it,the nutreint value of palak leaves are intact)

2.Once the steam escapes from cooker,open it,n leave palak to be warm.Once warm,mash it properly from ur hands.Then add roasted jeerapowder, salt, kala namak, chatmasala, red chillipowder. Mix properly.Then add the curd.Again mix properly.If u like u can add chopped onions too. Otherwise, immediately start eating.Its really yummy:-)
