Hi Meghnah,Nice to see ur msg.I am in my 17th week due on aug 8th.i am currently in Us and its my first baby so i have manage all including my diet.I have started black channa from ur reciepe and i also eat badam.I felt some flutters in the left side after 15th week for 2-3 days after that nothing now for a week i really donno if that was movements anyways waiting fingers crossed to feel it soon.U take care.

hello priya,
I know I can understand,managing evrything on our own that too in your first pregnancy needs lot of courage.I lacked it,ther4 called mom to be here with me atleast till I safely complete my 1st trimester..I didnt know what to eat n what not to.But for my mom.Anyways hope 2 eat healthy evn in my second trimester.
So where r u delivering ur baby?If In US,ur parents r cuming?hmm lucky gal,may be those flutters were ur lil baby' s.
When is ur next doctors appointment?Have u done ur second ultrasound?
anyways take care.Keep eating healthy.
