hi chaitra
Masala paneer is not easily avilable in market.but u can make that at home and adding few things increases its taste also.
While milk is boiling
Add jeera
Add salt
Add chopped corriander
Add green chillies(optional)
Every item according to taste and depends on the quantity of milk.Rest same as u do to make a paneer.
You can use it as a stater also.
Enjoy well.

Hi Chaitra,
Pls find the preparation method for home made paneer.

Ingredients
Whole milk - 5 cups, Vinegar / Lemon juice - 2 tsps

Boil the milk in an open pan, stir it often. When it is boiling, add lemon juice/vinegar and stir it well for the milk to curdle completely. Remove from the flame and leave it for 10 min. Pour it on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot and leave it to drain for 1 hr.

when all the water is drained from the paneer, shape it into a rectangular block, place it in to another cloth/ kitchen tissue, wrap it properly and refrigerate it overnight. Cut it in to small cubes and deep fry in hot oil.

Now the home made paneer is ready to use. You can also store it by frezing.
Enjoy well.
