My Kid has got this \";Habit\"; in doing everything.This particular habit when started carries on for days before she forgets about it.It could be something good like drinking milk in the Afternoon or something weird like wanting to try out a new dress at 1am in the morning or something like playing a particular game at night.
How do we break the bad habits.

you can try bach flower remedy walnut to your kid to get rid of the habit.
