I need information from you . I did my Anomaly scan last week . Which says my babys development is slow .

Because of my doctor is out of station so I am unable to show the report to her . I am very much worried .
Please let me know if everything is fine with my Baby ??
Is the growth of brain is normal ?
What precautions do I need to take ??

I am writing the details which is mentioned in the US Report .

(ANOMALY Scan)

Visit Date : 20 th August 2005

LMP EDD : 4th December (24 weeks 5 days)

POG by Previous scan : 23 weeks 6 days ( which is 1 week behind my actual EDD )

Corrected EDD : 11.12.2005 ( which is 1 week behind my actual EDD)

BPD : 21 weeks 5 day

HC : 22 weeks 5 days

AC : 23 weeks 2 days

FL : 23 weeks 2 days

All other tests are fine .

Impression : Single live intrauterine gestation of 22 - 23 weeks . AUA is week behind POG by previous scan . No obvious structural fetal defects seen at this period of gestation .
Both uterine artery PI showed normal low resistance flow with absence of early diastolic notch . Umbrella artery and MCA PI was normal .

Repeat scan is suggested after 3 weeks for interval growth .

you are terrified for sure.
there is not a big concern, don't worry.

your estimated due date has been postponed by a week that's very much normal in the statistical difference.

also bpd estimates nearly 22 weeks and is pretty much in the range of 23 weeks gestation.

It's good idea to track if the growth remains stable hereafter or lags behind continuously and therefore a repeat of ultrasound is fine.

as long as your edd reamins 14 days plus of minus from original ultrasound based edd the growth is considered OK.
