Hello Vansan -

We bought our car seat and stroller from Bangalore Central. It is a travel system - includes the car seat, base and stroller - from baby*trend. We chose this one because it has the separate base for the car seat - can leave it in your car, and it supports the LATCH attachment system. Cubes at the Eva mall had the same car seat/stroller but was more expensive.

Best Wishes.

Hi Vansan,
I would not recommend buying a car seat or stroller online, especially in India because it is better to see first hand the product that u r buying and also because in India u wont get too much choice online.
I am currently in the process of shopping around for a car seat for my son who is 8 months old. These are the shops u could try: (both for stroller & Car seat)
Toys n Toys Baby shop- CMH rd Indiranagar
Kemp Fort: Airport Rd
Baby Shop- Ulsoor Rd
Always New: Commercial St
Cubes: Eva Mall- Brigade rd
Just Born: Cunnigham rd

( I am not familiar with shops in other areas in Bangalore)
Price range is Rs.3000+ mostly made in China and some in US.

If u cant move around ask someone in ur family to help, but i wud strongly suggest seeing the prodt before buying.

Hope this helps
-August Mom

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
