Hello, I m 20 year old female. My hair are wavy, too much frizzy, splits again and again, falls very much and not growing. About 5 years back I had really wonderful hair and now its about ¼ . I have sinus problem. Is it the reason of hair falling. Plz plz suggest me anything to regain my hair. I wash my hair 3 days a week, condition them(by egg or by conditioner) once in a week and massage with oil once in a week. I drink lots of water never comb them after bath. I want to straight them but just becaz of my hair condition I cant do this. Plz help me out of this problem I shall be very thankful to u. pearl replied. As you have written from last few years your hair is falling. So, change your hair oil n shampoo n see.

Use almond oil n Pantene Pro-V shampoo.

Weekly once massage your scalp with equal amounts of coconut, almond n castor oil. Shampoo it out after 3 hours. This would increase thickness as well as growth of your hair.

Weekly once use conditioner to your hair.

Mix almond, castor and coconut oils in equal quantities n apply it to your scalp n hair. Massage your scalp with it gently in circular motions with your finger tips. Shampoo it out after 3 hours. Do this weekly once.

do u have any dandruff?

is any poor diet? for ur hair and u told fat
for physical:avoid more rice and fat content foods and oily items

eat chappathi for tiffin


use almond oil and use mild shampoo

take biotin 1000mg tablet.its only a vitamin tablet
