dear in ur pervious post u said ..eat egg daily & u aslo said abt dates ....i am have ing Egg daily & it casue pimples break out .....my frd told me it is casue of having egg....in summer she also told me to not have dates in summer ....plz guide me

Eat boiled egg white part. Eating dates directly in summers causes heat. So soak it in water overnight n eat it next morning before breakfast.

Remedy for pimples:

Daily apply fresh fenugreek(methi) leaves paste at night n wash it with warm water after 15 minutes.
OR
Daily apply the juice of raw papaya n wash it off with normal water after 15 minutes.

For oily skin:
Daily use lime juice + 1glass boiled milk as face wash.

Keep your face clean.
Wash your face with normal water in every 2-3 hours.

Use water based products for face.

Drink 12-15 glasses of water daily. If you are not thirsty also drink 12-15 glasses of water daily thinking like you are taking medicine.

You don’t use that almond bleach if you have oily skin. Use the orange peel one weekly once.

Correct natural bleach is for fair skin color. You can apply it in summer.
