I had a baby 2 months ago, and had a postpartum hemorrhage. It was very severe. there was lot of blood loss and as a result of which I had to have 2 blood transfusions. I was lucky that I got saved. My condition was very critical. I almost lost my life because of it. I want to have a second baby, what are my chances of this happening again?

If you happen to be with a good team of doctors, they will take major steps to check the excess bleeding. priya replied. it is not necessary that you will be suffering from the same problem second time also, though you cannot deny the possibility too. Depending on your health condition you might not face dangerous situation. Take care of your diet and overall health throughout your pregnancy period and you might be able to stay away from postpartum hemorrhage.
