My daughter is 9 months old and at her recent checkup we found that he blood count is low.what should i do.what food shoud i give her to increase her blood count.can anyone help me.any kind of advice is appreciated.

my 7 months baby is wt 6.5kgs she is vomitting a lot. for every 3hrs i am feeing her. 2times i give her ragi malt. 4times cow's milk and one time dal ke pani pls advice whether she is takeing sufficient food or not

Aarti replied. You have a nice list sent by rani. Check with your doctor if you can have iron supplements. Tip: whenever you have iron rich food like greens, rajma, dates make sure you have something rich in Vit. C at the same time. Easiest will be orange juice. Vit C makes the iron absorption better.
