- Save it to your computer.
- update it with your info.
- upload it again.
I'll suggest you to do this at once, the constraint is that if more than one has saved the file to their computer at same time. Please make sure that no body has uploaded the updated file in the meantime you were updating the file. Though the chances are less as we are not too many users here. You can check the 'Last Modified' column for that, but it only displays the date not the time. I hope i didn't confuse you.
