our baby girl arrived on 28th Sept 2006 at 10.32 am.

i had a long painful labour follwed by emergency c-section due to fetal distress.

i was not prepared for a c-sec at all, but things happened so suddenly that i had not time to panic.

thankfully everything was ok in the end and my baby was all fine.

all the best to all the new moms and the others still expecting... my only advice to all expecting moms would be to be as optimistic as possible and not worry or panic or get scared.

post partum - lactation started on day three.. and it took till day five for the flow to establish properly. till then the baby was on top feed. so don't worry if the lactation does not start immediately.. just keep an optimistic attitude..

(now that i am a mom, i can preach too ;-)
