I am 18 yrs old and very obese. My height is 5' 2\" and weight is 70 kgs. I have been trying to lose weight by dieting but the weight seems to be yo yoing. It goes and then comes back. I feel frustrated. I do not like to meet my friends. I have also stopped eating junk foods but I like to have coke with every meal. Any suggestions for me would be welcome.

not just diet helps u in lose weight. even i am 5.2'and weight 72 but i do exercises but not diet. so i am not losing weigh. so if u r dieting then try do exercise also.. it will help.

You can try any of the activities given in this article to lose weight. you will be amazed to see the results. high energy activities helps in burning off the fat. to avoid boredom in doing exercises, you must alternate between different activities. you can go for a walk one day and on another do dance....and so on.

You are too young to be worried about weight issues. you have time and energy to lose the weight in a healthy manner. you should try to change your lifestyle. Incorporate healthy eating habits by having small meals at intervals. Also try to include some form of exercises to burn the calories. without exercises you cannot lose weight.
