I sheela,

I am 22 weeks pregnant. And I seem to get leg cramps more than pain though. Suddenly in the middle of the night - specially around dawn, I get cramps in my calves. Have heard this is normal. Don't know how much is normal though. For me if the frequency increases, I plan to mention that to my doctor in the next visit.
Take care

Hi there! Congrats to u too.. About these leg cramps. I've had some nights where I suddenly got excruciating pains/cramps on my calfs. My husband would just push my foot back..that seemed to help for that moment. However I did tell my doctor about these cramps and he prescribed some more vitamins for me.. i think it's contains more calcium and magnesium. Ask yr doctor about this. Anyway, remember u are not alone. So long take it easy and take care.
Luv, Ishi

Kidney
Hello:
My 20 week ultrasound also showed an enlarged kidney. The good news is that since it is only one side, chances are that he will \";grow out of it\"; and if there's a problem it will resolve itself. I would suggest going back in 4 weeks from when you had the first to see if the kidney is of normal proportion. I went back for the next one, and the ultrasoun... - CNoel [View Message]

just an advice
Hey Kavita,

I'd say you get the ultrasound done so you will be able to see what is going on. Vaginal ultrasound is a good idea too.

Take care,
