Do not give your child any water or soft drinks at least two hours before bedtime. Also, give your child his dinner early, so that he does not consume any fluids after that. make it compulsory for him to go to the toilet as many times as he likes before sleeping. Then, wake him up once more in the middle of the night. You will notice less accidents then.

Also, do not panic. Some children take very long to control their bladders or they cannot control it when it becomes cold. This is a natural thing. HIREN replied. my son is 7 years old and wets bed on most nights, however, i have found a solution to it, and it works too..the main culprit for this problem is cartoon and computer games which keeps children excited, thus, i just lock my tv and computer with password and open it only for few minutes for my son which has helped in overcoming this problem for my son, still on saturdays and sundays when he views/plays games for more time he wets the bed otherwise on weekdays when things are locked he doesn' t wet the bed !
