Is there anyone on this forum with mixed marriage ? Meaning interreligious marriages ? I am in that situation - Hindu Muslim and we plan to start a family soon. All is ok with us, but there are issues with my MIL, so does anyone have experience on how to handle this ? kul replied. Please try to avoid this marriage. mine is also love marriage. Husbands are not made for wives. pachtane se acha hai ki marriage hi nahi karo. husbands banne ke baad sara pyar hawa ho jata hai. manju replied. the question is r u still hindu ? or have u converted to islam. u have to work it out w/ ur husband on how u r gonna raise ur child. then if ur MIL interferes. tell her not to worry that u and ur husband have made up you own minds how to raise your family. it is very difficult in these inter religon marriages. i am hindu born , converted to islam. but i still havnt connected w/ islam in my heart. but if your husband respects your wishes thats all that matters in the long run!!! good luck , cause its a long one!!!!
