Hi again,
forgot to tell you all what i experienced today maybe is called \";Pregnancy mood swings\";. since the moment i came into office didnt feel like doing anything..then in mid morning had the feeling that i wanted to cry dont know the reason why????then felt as if wanted to go and see my home in india...wanted to go and lie on my bed in my room...hubby asked me to call up mom and speak to her..but that was not what i wanted..then during lunch time couldnt take it..went to meet hubby..(I stay in singapore and its a small place thats the advantage..)we both has lunch together..came back to office at 2...after that still no mood to work..uff..but felt better..and now still waiting for hubby to come and pick me...
feeling sleepy..though everyday has been so energetic till now..baby is moving but i dont feel too hard KICKS i only feel movements...is that same with you all..though i see my stomach moving sometimes with his movements...

Divya replied. Hi Rekha, Even i'm in the same boat as you. Yesterday i was crying for no reason. I'm much better today. Try to talk to a friend,or listen to music, watch TV. u'll feel much better.

I feel my stomach move almost the whole day. It makes me feel so good. :) but sometimes wonder what the little one is doing.

Divya. Simmi replied. Hey Rekha. Yes, like you n others, even I feel teary without reason, miss family, feel exhausted and snappy!! The hormones and I think fatigue too adds to these mood swings. Try chatting to family and after that distract urself by watching telly or listening to music and of course, vent our ur feelings with us here. That's what I find helps a lot! Haven't been to India for a yr and may not be going for another yr so quite homesick in general too and then hormones and this change in life which u want to share with all ur loved ones!!

About the mood swings, even i've been getting terrible mood swings lately, specially when my hubby is not home and i'm all alone. Its like don't feel like doing anything, just lie down or all of sudden, sometimes just feel like crying for no apparent reasons. But then can't go on like this, so I just pick-up a phone and call hubby or a friend. makes me feel little better after that.
Speaking to someone really helps as most of us are away from home and don't have much family around. If u want u can call me anytime. My home no. is 65443104 till end of the month as it might change once we move to new house. Will let u know the new no. once i get it.

I was kinda surprised to read that you are the same feeling as me to go back to Mom's home in India and be in my bed. I have felt like that so often in my pregnancy. So I just call them and talking to them makes me feel better. It will be 2 years this November since I have been to India, and the added harmones I think make us feel that way. How long has it been since you went to visit your family. Hope you are feeling better today.

I also see my tummy move sometimes when the baby moves its so cute. Soon I think we will be able to make out the body parts maybe in the 8th month. I got sad and teary eyed for no reason last night and went to bed all sad and gloomy. :(
I feel much better this morning. I think the hormones are playing tricks on our minds. Like you hubby said, talking to mom/cousin/friend always helps. I do that whenever I get a little blue..

I see my stomach move too when the baby moves and it feels sometime like the baby is right under the skin. The kicks range from small ones most of the times to a really hard one once in a while.

Hope you are feeling better and back to your normal self by now..
