Hi,
I am nikki. I am 25 years old and working in software company. I have a hair loss issue a lot because of stress and not taking of my hair care properly. Do I need to go for a haircut or gundu? what do you suggest? I am a very shy girl and I am afraid to think about haircut or headshave. I have a round face and average complex color. ur hair is not strong because i think hair roots has damaged. Yu have only one options shave it clean. To get rid of hairfall Once u clean shave ur head, u can get rid of hairfall, ur hair roots will have some time fr curing, so u'll get healthy hair sooner. Dont worry about facing ppl with bald head.. now u r young, once u go bald and face ppl, ur confidence lvl will go up, u can face any situations later without any problem. This is the best advice v can give u.

last ki naku ma intlo gundu geincharu chala bagundi ipudu naku gundu ani andaru antunaru kani im shy very much. barber came every week home to shave.

well no need to worry. Hairfall is a common problem for many of us. U can try few hair loss oils available online from different brands like "Healthbuddy anti hair loss oil" which i personally use. The result has been quite positive.

Dear Haritha
You say that you are a shy girl. No problem. Please get a gundu after getting consent from parents. Gundu perfectly suits a round face. Average colour is of no concern since gundu looks good on all colours.
Take courage and get a gundu and to minimize hair fall and dandruff, keep the head a nice gundu (with razor) once a week for about eight to ten weeks and apply a good ayurvedic medicine (consult an ayurvedic doctor). It will strengthen the hair roots and make you grow good hair without dandruff.
Later you can grow long hair in two years or if you choose, keep a boy cut which also looks good on a round face.
