Knor soups contains MSG - which is banned in US. I'm not sure of its effects during pregnancy but I have avoided them till now.

Hi anu,

I think you can go ahead with the standard brands..As long as you feel like having them..because during m/s, you dont feel like having a lot of stuff, so if you like soups go ahead. Try fresh fruit juices or fresh soups also...if you are not too sure, check up with your doc...
