Hi all,

I had my baby on Aug 22,08. Normal delivery also natural (no apedural). Baby and me are doing fine. We named her Rithika Swaraj Gunda.

Thank you Jichi,Ruvi and Neeti.
Yes Jichi..needs lot of mental preparation. My first daughter also born natural. Its lil difficult coz you will really feel the pains. But takes very less time to give birth. For me it took only 2 1/2 hours for the delivery. I think you can do it too. As far as baby´ s head is down and if baby is not too big.

horlicks with milk
i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
