Hi everyone

I desparately need help putting together a 3 or 4 course indian meal. Please email suggestions to KalicharanY@ukzn.ac.za. I would really appreciate the help.

Hello, I don't know for what event you want an indian meal but try this may be it might help you?
Indian meal usually has the following items:
1. Any bread item like puri,nan,roti etc..+ a gravy curry accompained to go with it like(Veg/Non-veg kurma,chole,kofta curry,paneer masala etc...)
2.Any rice item like Veg/Non-veg biryani or pulao or jeera rice or ghee rice etc... + rita(any kind to go with it)
3.Curries or curry which is a dry one like any fry(okra,aloo,gobi etc...)
4.Sweet(Any one of your choice as indian cusine has a wide range of choice for mita)
