BTW, about swelling, I get it too, specially in my feet, try raising them up a little on a pillow at night. Drink loads of water and that should improve water retention and of course checking in take of salt and spicy food will calm your BP too. Swelling is not always due to high BP, so eat healthy and go for walks to keep circulation going. All the best.
