Hi Pratima, as you have done unknowingly its ok. So do not worry don't you can go ahead and continue your fast by not breaking it. It happens at time however do not stop your fast in middle as you are continuing it from 2 years.

Once even i forgot that i am fasting and ate something accidentally and then i was very worried about what will happen and everything but then the next time i kept a fast i asked for forgiveness from god about the mistake i made.

Don't worry it is fie. You forgot and did not do it on purpose and if your heart is true nothing will happen. You can continue your fast from next friday. Don't think about it too much and stress yourself.

You just leave it and say sorry to goddess and again do it from first because she is very powerful and you need to do any mistake for her other wise it will effect your vrat only.I wish you would accept it.
