Well, I am 6 mths pregnant and from what I have learnt and read, bending should always be on both ur knees and not ur back alone. You should avoid sitting on ur knees and feet together, however if u wanted to sit on ur bum, with legs streched out, it could be a good position to relax sometimes. I sit on a bean bag in that position. I have been naughty and sat on knees to clear up the floor at times, but it does get uncomfortable, but immediate rest should help if that was to be done. Though in your stage, lifting any heavy wait, bending unless needed, should be avoided. Only 2 mths to go, so you should just relax and others treat you like a QUEEN. Then it will be all work and no rest stage. So enjoy....
