Sleeping:disturbed sleep at night

My son aged 1&1/2 gets up daily 4-5 times at night. He used to have sound sleep when he was younger-but now his sleep seems to be very much disturbed.Even the slightest of noices to wake him up.I feed him properly at night to see that he doesnt feel hungry, always use diapers so that he doesnt feel cold when he wets himself but still of no use.If any of you as an experienced mother can give me some advise it will be of great help to me.

Make your son sleep next to you. Dont make him sleep seperately. Put a hand on him and sleep so that he feels warm and comfortable. Try this. Hope this will work. Best of luck.

Sleep patterns change every now and then. Therefore do not feel disturbed. As a mother I am undergoing similar cycles. But, try and establish a routine for the child. Also just lie on the bed, with the lights put off, so that your child gets the right signals. Do it everyday, and soon he will get used to this lifestyle of sleeping at a particular time.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
