I firmly believe parenting is much the same no matter who the person is. Celebrities can choose to keep their children out of the limelight. In most cases, we never really know anything about their children.

I wonder if celeb kids grow up with some kind of complex. I mean all the media hype and exposure they get, the pampering that they receive from their multi million dollar earning parents... must be hard to raise a centered down to earth kid in those families

That is an absolutely unfair generalisation. This is a sterotype that is unfortunately very strong and nowhere close to the truth. My work as a therapist brings me in touch with many celebs and I can vouch for the love and strong sense of values many inculcate in their children. That is not to say that the opposite is not true in the case of some, but a generalisation on that ground is unfair.

Best-looking moms... well may be. But unfortunately looks is not a criteria for judging motherhood. The media has adopts a blanket attitude while evaluating celebs - anyone who has been caught slipping is forever tarnished. The others are practically idolised. Whatever´ s been written about her still does not convince me that she´ s that special a mom. I beleive most celebs make terrible parents.

Of course, being a famous personality' s child, in the same field as the parent makes it all the more scary, and I am sure there are some psychological battles to overcome, but it' s not too much of a bad thing.
