If u r having to much milk then ask ur hubby to suck some of it ok this will help or press ur boobs and make some of it out.

I know pushpa said to express milk, but i was told NEVER to do that because it will make matters worse. the more u express ur milk, the more ur breasts will produce. Just don't do anything and withing the week (usually 3-4 days) the breasts will know just how much to produce. Fore nipple soreness, u can get lots of creams out there in the stores. i used Purelan and it really works. U also have to let ur nipples air dry after e very feeding, otherwise they will be sore. Warm towels also help. If u get blocked ducts, then u have to express ur milk, and use warm towels, and warm showers. GOOD LUCK! it isn't easy, i have been doing it for 8 months now and i still get sore nipples sometimes. As time goes on u will both get used to it so just be patient:):)

Hi Bhavna,
I had the problem of hard and lumpy breasts just after my milk supply came in 3 days after the birth of my boy. A a result my son could not feed. I took a hot shower, and as Pushpa suggested, put hot towels on my breast to make it soft. I also used a cream Purelan 100 (it cae with my Medula Breast Pump) on my breast and it worked wonders. Try getting it at a pharmacy. My husband called the Medula 800 number and found out where to find the cream.

Hi there,

Expressing milk is your best bet. And having ;lumps in the breast is not a good idea. When you express milk, make it a point to completely empty the breasts. But in order to do that, you will first have to soften the lumps. Try putting hot water bags for about 15 minutes on each breast, then massaging your breasts with some oil, and then beginning the processing fof expressing the breasts out completely. It will be very painful for sure. But within a day or so, your milk supply will reduce to what your baby really needs and you will not have any lumps and hence no tears!

RE:Adult breast feeding
I was not breastfeed in my childhood hence the idea of sucking and feeding from a woman's full, engorged breasts has infatuated me. It is a fantasy that drives me wild like nothing else, just the thought of laying my head in a woman's lap while she brings her swollen nipples to my mouth. Ideally, I'd like to finally explore this with the right female. If you are in or near... - Sanjayhyd [View Message]
