after reading this article, I feel it is better to switch to herbal teas or other alternative drinks. Caffeine is a stimulant so its intake should be minimized.
I have 2 cups of coffee per day. As per this article, I am within the safe ,limits but i would like to know that if I have caffeine in other forms such as having cold drinks, chocolates, then will this be harmful for me? how Can I reduce my caffeine intake from other sources?
