A: Excess sweating is hereditary factor. There is nothing you can do about it, and there is no cause for worry. Perspiration is healthy.

Q: My son perspires a lot (only on his head) when he sleeps. Though the room is cool, he still perspires so much that his pillow is wet. Why does this happen?

A: There is no treatment for perspiration. Some people perspire more in certain areas. There is no need to worry.
