i am in a very bad situation that i need help in. my boyfriend and i have been together for 5 yrs now and i had never gotten pregnant and i have also been sexually active for almost 10 years now. iï¿½ve had over 12 sexual partners with the majority already having kids. now last year i turned out pregnant, this was the first time i had ever been pregnant. and according to the date of my conception i got pregnant around the same time i was cheating on my boyfriend with another guy that has children. my boyfriend was soooo happy that i was pregnant which he thought was for him that i couldnï¿½t go through having an abortion. i am black, my boyfriend is black and the guy i cheated with is puerto rican. a year has passed and my daughter is light skinned with blonde hair. as you can imagine i had to tell my boyfriend that my daughter was not his child. after he yelled and screamed and discussed the issue we are still together he is raising my daughter as his own flesh and blood, we didnï¿½t tell anyone the truth. he loves her so much. i no longer have a wondering eye. no we are trying to have a baby and i just can not get pregnant. before i got pregnant we thought something was wrong with me. but now we think some thing is wrong with him. i have to give him a child. we both want something the represents the both of us. what can we do so we can have a baby. iï¿½m willing to take any suggestions.i was young and have learned my lesson. i was blessed with a good man

hi me and my husband have been married for five months,but we have been in a relationship for four years. we are trying to have a baby. my period is so irreglar.i lost a baby about ten months ago. i was four months it really took me and my husband through a really bad time in our marrige. the great thing about my husband is he loves kids. i did not know i was pregnat,but seem's like everyone else did. i was working at a stressful job,and did not have any time for myself. men's know everything, my husband told me i was pregnat. i did'nt believe him because i was still having a period. my mother in law got tired of me complaing about me being sick. she told me i was going to the doctor,she took me. when we went sure anough i was pregnat. my husband was at work awaiting the good news. my mother in law was excited to. this was going to be her first grandchild.i could not believe that i was with child. the doctor came in and told me that he was going to give us a due date today. our due date was feb 9 06 i was so excited me and my mother in law both. the doctor got me set up for a vaginal sonigram. my mother in law was there the whole time. i was geting nerves, but she kissed my hand and told me that everything was going to be fine. when the doctor pulled up the pictre of our baby we both was suprised to see a baby inside of me. i was so over excited antil i had no time to be shocked. so many smiles in the room my baby was there in side of me laying in the sweetest position. then all the smiles stopped. i was wonderig why ever one had a long look on there face. the doctor said he could not find a heart beat. then me and my mother begin to worry. all kind of things was going through my head. the doctor tried so many things, nothing worked. me and my mother in law begin to cry. at that point my soul had felt like it had been took away from me in a blink of and eye. we left the doctors office and went got something to eat to try to take it off our minds. that was not working for either of us, my husband was at work waiting to see the picture. i was thinking how to tell him what was going on. that's the point i did'nt know how to. we went to pick him up from work, he came out smiling. when he got in the car i did ok with holding in my feelings in about the news. he asked"were is the picture of our baby?" , i begin to cry. his mother told him that "the baby did not make it." then he begin to cry, i felt like i was worthless to him. that night befor my surgy(dnc) we said our good bye's to the baby and we prayed that everything would be ok after. after my surgy i had to stay in the hospital for 12hours because i lost alot of blood. pluse my blood pressure was really low. then when it got back up we went home. my period stayed on for 4 weeks and i hurted so,so,so bad the cramping for my cervix to get back in place. my husband was great to me. he layed with me all the way waiting on me hand and feet. when my period went off i waited for it to come back on next month. it never came on. then 3 more months went by no period, i took a home test (negative). me and my husband went to the doctor and i explained to him that my period is not acting right. he told me that "sometimes people periods get off track after a (dnc), but it should get back right." it's been 11 months scence that happen. my period is not right yet, before that happen me and my husband had been trying for a year. sometimes it takes 3 or 4 months before i have a period. me and my husband is trying now for a baby and it seems like nothing is working for us.were praying that it happens soon. maybe there's some one out there can give us information that will help us. maybe there's a doctor that will see this and bless us with good information. even though that was a rough time for us i still have faith that jehovah father will bless us with another (angle). a word to the wise: to people that feel like your kids are a burden. you should not take them for granit, because the world is filled with couples that are trying and trying to concive,and it's not easy to have a baby when you wont to. america is still full of women throwing them away everyday. remember don't take your kids for granit. if you have any infirmation that can help me and my husband also i'm 23 years old and my husband is 24. thank you god bless.........

hi, my name is kimber me and my boyfriend has been trying to have a baby for quite sometime now. i don't know if it's me or what, but this isn't my first time ever trying to have a baby. i'm stating to think there is something wrong with me. it makes me sad whenever i see on tv or hear on the news someone has harmed there child. there are people out there who wants babies and can't have them.

my whole life i had periods that were so regular i knew what day i need to take tampons with me to school/work or whatever. since i got married though that has all changed. my husband and i didn't feel ready for a baby so we went on the pill. it seemed like the right choice, but now i deeply regret it. i have been off now for almost a year and my periods have been messed up since. now they only come once every three months. it's great for our sex life, but it is horrible for our parental attempts. you can't get pregnant if you don't have periods. going on the pill was the worst mistake i ever made.

we have been having trouble as well... i started charting my temperature (read taking charge of your fertility)... and saw that i was not ovulating even though i was having periods. i am going to a specialist today- armed with 3 months of temperatures. i highly recommend charting to help figure out what is going on! good luck to all!!

hello-i have been married for 7 years and have been trying since 1997.2 years after being married. about 3 months ago i found out from ultra sound that i have retroverted uterus. now i did what i read on the internet to lie on stomache after intercourse. am i suppose to do anything else??like i was told by my doctor to go on top of my husband while having intercourse then on my stomache. we had all tests done-routine ck up all normal-husband sperm normal. i even went for uti-artificial insemination but no luck. just recently found on ultrasound that i have a tiny polyp. i have to see specialist on august 26, 2002 for removale of polyp. please help me as i am running out of time. 7 years of marriage and no kids that creats a big issue in our culture and plus i am quiet depressed and sad of not having any kids of my own. i have 2 sisters and had no problem conceiving-on my husbands side he's the elder and the only son so you know what i may be going thru. pleas help me. thanks
