The adoption law as stated in this webiste has many more things to clear.It has rules laid for Foriegners to adopt a child, but it doesnt tell clearly what are the rules if one of the parent is an Indian and the other is a Foreigner.In my opinion, only couples who are willing heartly would go for adoption, so , why do we need to have so many restrictions, laws, reules and regulations to give a baby for adoption.Within India, there are many children/babies suffering without care, so why not Indian law be a little flexible to give babies for adoption to those who need.The procedure for adoption is too long.

what the laws says about adoption if an unmarried hindu lady(34) adopt a male child whith word of mouth from a relative and makes an affiadevit attested from notary.whether the child will be eligible for all inherrited property of her ? can it be persumed that his rights are safe? would the property not be snatched by other people having blood relative of the lady? why different laws for different community in democracy ?
