The adoption law as stated in this webiste has many more things to clear. It has rules laid for Foriegners to adopt a child, but it doesnt tell clearly what are the rules if one of the parent is an Indian and the other is a Foreigner. In my opinion, only couples who are willing heartly would go for adoption, so , why do we need to have so many restrictions, laws, reules and regulations to give a baby for adoption.Within India, there are many children/babies suffering without care, so why not Indian law be a little flexible to give babies for adoption to those who need. The procedure for adoption is too long.
