i personally think it was a waste of time to come here because nobody shows what to eat.. and i see alot of people are agreeing with me!!! why have an article if you dont answer questions in which people are looking for? i dont recommend this to anyone!!!

the guidelines are very common. now a days every one knows this guidelines. but it will be helpful if there is some informations like- for mothers to increase breast milk, what specific nutrition or foods are required. some names or brands of protien foods like b-protien etc. if these types of informations are added , i thuink it will help.

each mother should feed her baby for one year.some will tell that milk is not coming.u should feed baby more,then more milk will be produced.don't forget to drink lots of water and nutritious food,because kid has to get full nutrition from milk.plz nobody should do more dieting during feeding.it not only affects baby's health ,it also affects mother health.don't forget to take calcium tablets during pregnancy as well as during breast feeding.some will tell we should not eat some veggies and friuts,but that is not true.u can everything how u use to eat before.i hope this helps everybody

dieting was not ruled out by my doctor as long as my calorie/fat intake included essential nutrients, protein, and did not fall below a minimum. it means slower weight loss (1 - 1.5 lbs. per week) but it can be done sensibly.

i feel this article was helpful,as a new breastfeeding mother i have been trying to find the dos and dont's on what to eat while breastfeeding.easier said than done your article helped a little but told only a small bit of information,same as what they tell in the hospital.would have liked to read some type of list on what to eat and what not to eat.could be more helpful.
