no man i am a housewife..i have got a 9 months old baby girl...i forgot to tell u onething...1 week b4 goin in to thiz therapies(whetver) draw a graph of x - date y- no of times baby pee's...and mark it daily for 1 week..so u will get to know how many times she pees on average(app 5 to 15)...then start thiz therapy n mark it daily...now see whether there iz any difference...if y (no of times baby pees)iz going down immediatley stop doing thiz n do some home remedies to increase ur bm like frying 3 garlic pods in lil ghee n mix with rice eat it thrice a day...thiz will do wonders.even i prefer to do honey n cinnamom bcuz itz easy:)....but i heard we willl b fresh n energetic for the whole day if we do water therapy..and i was having irregular periods prob untill last month...but i heard that honey cinnamon iz used in ayurvedic medicine for treating several illness..even arthiritis.....ne ways whetver u do plz keep an eye on ur bm supply...how abt ur weight???i was 82 kg's after delivery...now i am 75 kg's ..and my height iz almost 5.7 feets..i am targetting my weight to 67 to 70...but u dunt need to worry u will shed weight once if ur baby completes 8 months bcuz u will b running behing her n she'll keep u busy :)....best if luck n lov 4 ur lil one

Hey Ruby,
Thanks! a tone..you are full of great ideas. I'll make sure that I make a chart of my baby's pee. I was 194 pounds when I was pregnant, after delivery I was 170 now I am 166, before getting pregnant I was 154 and before that I was 130 pound which is 59kg...so my target is 130 pounds, my height is 5ft4" . Lets hope for the best.I think I'll go with water therapy. Before marriage I used to drink atleast 3 glasses of water in the morning...as my mom dad do the same...but now I'll take 1.5lt, let's see how easy it would be. Give my love to ur little princes. And let's hope running soon after her, now she has started trying to crawl...so good for me, hope she crawl soon.

i started doing thiz when my baby was 5 months old..if u plan to do thiz plz di it after introducing solids bcuz i have read in a board that heatl adviced any weight reducing diet iz not reccomended while bfing...so go for it after 5 months so that baby will get enough nutrition frm her outside food...i used to give her formula too..she iz 9 months right now but my bm did not reduce i guess....i lost 6 kg's frm the past 4 months without much exercise(go for walk once in 1 week.)but frm last week i stopped thiz cinnamon water.......now i am doing water therapy daily bcuz i heard that it works wonders for allll..not only for weight reducing.(http://www.anvari dot org/fun/Truth/Water_Therapy_from_India.html)...how abt u lucky?got baby?how old iz he/she?

Hi Ruby,
Thanks! for replying back.
I have a 6 months old daughter, I am BFing her, she does not take formula...I have tried so may times. But yes, I have introduced her solids, she is taking cereal twice a day. When you are saying that it does not effect the BMilk then I guess I should go for it...right? I will look at the link you have sent me regarding water therapy. Reducing 6kg in 4 months is great!!!
So, are you in US?
thanks! again...will keep in touch.
Lucky
