Health Issues:Preparation of Sunni Pindi

Green Gram (Pacha Pesarapappu) 2cups
Bengal Gram (Senagapappu) 2cups
Rice 1cup
Dried Red Rose Petals (not hyrbrid) 1 cup
Kasthuri pasupu 100gms
Bavanchalu 50gms
Katchuralu 50gms
Pacha Karpuram 50 gms (for adults 20 gms for kids)
Dried Orange peels 1cup
Dried Lemon peels 1cup

Make them powder in your mixi individually.
Mix them all and keep in air tight container.

1. Gives you very smooth and silky skin.
2. Gives you good complexion.
3. Protects from all types of skin allergies.

You feel your skin very smooth and silky in your first use only.

You can find Bavanchalu(especially used for bath purpose only), Katchuralu in any AYURVEDIC SHOP.

This is very common problem for newly born kids.There are many things that could solve your probem.Besan is one of the best solutions,if you make besan flour paste and rub it on her body slowly then it will come off gradually.Before that test whether your baby's skin is allergic or not.... - keerthi [View Message]

Hi Muskan! Is your child better now? I think a few of us have missed the point here. She has consulted doctors. Keep us posted on your experience so that others may benefit too. One of nephews is experiencing the same thing and we dont know what to do. We have pulled him out of day care.
