Yesterday i had a doctor appointment .Everything is normal but doctor told that i am gaining a lot of weight .So Could anybody please suggest me how to cut weight.We eat a lot of rice.Is that the reason?

I did read ur blog and suggest you not to have maggi and rava upma at all.
Have wheat or multi grain bread (2) in the morining with egg or 2 idli with sambar or cup of sprouts for breakfast.Protien milk or fruits for brunch ...cup of rice/roti with cup of dal and vegs also cup of curd for lunch...4PM Snack time- fruits or dryfruits or non oily popcorn/boiled corn etc.Dinner 7pm-2 rotis,vegs,curd.....10pm- cup of warm slim milk....try this and i am sure u will be able to maintain your weight..tk cr and all the best

Lower down taking sweet food and food hat contains starch such as rice, potatoes, maize etc. Consume more fruits. It will really help.

Thanks for your advice...I am taking less rice...and eating carrots,cucumber,watermelon,Banana....
I am preparing Maagi noodles,Vermicelli...instead of making dosa and idli...Is it ok or not please let me know....

dont take a lot of ghee...oil...potatoes...as these are of no benefit....eat fruits instead of jucies
