Name: Deepa Bavishi Hi all ! I am 24 weeks pregnant. My hemoglobin is lowering down as pregnancy advances. Initially it was 12.5 and now it has come to 10.8.so please advise as I am worried.Is any body going thru the same problem ?

Hi deepa

don' t worry its very normal for Hb to fall as the pregnancy advances specially with indian diet you tend to have iron n calium deficiency later in pregnancy..., ur doc will prescribe you with iron supplements... even my Hb dropped to 11.7 smwer ard 26 week and m on iron supplements rite now.... so don' t wrry just enjoy this time :)
