My 3.4 year old son doesnt speak. he can count till 20, recognise all colours and shapes, recognise all the animals and ABCs alphabets and even manage to say a few words (20-30).he loves playing with toy cars and can tell the name of each car and its type, But no sentences, not even two words. He uses sign language, points or babble a lot. only loves to say name of things he likes.
