Name: shyja govind I am 25 female, married, mother of 1 yr old baby. I would like to get advise on how can i make my belly button (navel) more round in shape and deep. Now it is just very small and does not look nice. My husband like deep and round navel. I am not slim, but has some weight increased after delivery. Is there any exercise / home remedy to make it round and deep ? Any ayurveda oil can help ? thanks

After a baby for women definitely there would be changes in the body.And you have to do lot of practices to have the body as originally and you have to think that can you capable of doing all those.

To make your navel round and deep, you need to lose weight that you've gained during your pregnancy and get into a proper shape. So yes exercising daily may get you what you desire.
