Hi all ,

I am new to this site and wish I knew this site earlier ...when I had a bad experience with Eurokids . They are very upmarket in their fees and boast of flambuoyant facilities like puppet theatre etc .... But alas ! was the Puppet theatre being used as a computer work station due to lack of space !! This particular centre at Jayanagar did not adhere to any of their so called stipulations . There were more than the prescribed number of children admitted in crammed rooms / the person -in-charge pretended that she did not know what a potty seat was /and they were always short of the kit for which they charge quite a fee/ They expected parents to hangaround within vicinity for the first week -but they dont provide place for the parents to stand leave alone sit . Most parents used to stand on the road and peek over the compound wall . The classrooms were small /the play area was smaller than stipulated dimensions . I pulled out my child after two days when they were still searching for a potty seat .I had seen two year olds holding on to the ajji for fear of falling into the regular commodes .
I did take up all these issues thru ph calls and mails to their Mumbai head qtrs -but got a very polite reply from the gentleman saying it is up to me to decide to stay on or discontinue . The reply / response from the local master frnchisee at Bgl was on similar lines .... Big names but empty promises .. My son was later put into Akshara Play home at JP nagar a not so glamorous play home and sure enough they delivered and I have been very happy and waiting to put my daughter there too !
Parents - beware of eurokids !

Sathappan replied. During December 2009, my wife approached Euro Kids to let my son in play school at Kumarasamy Layout, Bangalore. I gave a cheque for Rs.14,875/= in December asking to get him admitted from the same month. But, they refused to admit him from December, since the school term starts from January 4, 2010. Whereas, they had presented and collected the cheque on Dec 22, 2009 for sum Rs.14,375/=.

But, due to some pressing personal reasons, I am unable to put my kid in the play school on Jan 4th, 2010. Hence, I contacted them to get the refund of the fees. They said that refund would be difficult and let me know after contacting head office. Note that my son didn' t even attended one day of the play school. Also, he didn' t get any starter kid etc. from them.

Now, they are saying they would refund Rs.6,050/= only. I am thinking of moving to consumer court. Pravin replied. Hi,

I have 3 years old child. i want to know good play home/Nursery schools in koramanga,jayanagar,j.p.nagar & BTM Areas.Also if any feedback about Eurokids in kormangala & Jayanagar brach.

Pravin. Kshama replied. Is Akshara play home the same which is in Koramangala 4th Block minu replied. I agree with Vij . Euro kids not at all keeping the standard. I know all these schools are here to do business , but they shud stick to what they promise.

I also had similar experience here in hyd. ands co-ordinators etc are so rude.. many mothers are not at all happy with the management.They took some parents training which was NOT AT ALL GOOD. Charged extra for that.

Franckly Since the admission is taken .. we have to think again before continuing next year.
