Hi Dont worry i used to face the same trouble with my son during the start. With time they will improve you have to somehow make it a habit of sending her to school on regular basis

caffeine is habit forming and it is best to reduce its intake rather than being addicted to it. It can be harmful if taken in large amounts in pregnancy. Identifying the sources of caffeine helps in curbing it as also the driving factors. gradually reduce the amount of caffeine you consume each day.Switch to low caffeine products before stopping altogether. Low caffeine sodas and coffees are great ideas to begin with. check the labels of medications for caffeine content before having them as they are potent sources of caffeine. if you are used to drinking coffee in the mornings, switch to half-caf, then decaffinated, then start drinking tea in the mornings instead.

Caffeine is not only present in tea and coffee but there are also many other sources of caffeine. It is also found hidden in many food items which sometimes we take in unknowingly. To avoid the intake of caffeine, we must know different sources of caffeine. Colas and other cold drinks and some types of beer have caffeine. Green tea also has some amount of caffeine. chocolate and other products containing cocoa have caffeine. It is a major constituent of weight loss pills and pain killers. Many pain relievers incorporate caffeine to ease the pain. Energy waters, alcoholic energy drinks, breath freshners and some fortified food products have this as one of their main ingredient.

consuming large quantities of caffeine is not good for health especially in pregnancy. It can double the risk of miscarriages and also stillbirth risk is high. High consumption also causes low birth weight babies. Moderate caffiene consumption has not much risk. As it is a stimulant, it causes faster heart rate and breathing rates in babies of mothers ho had high caffeine consumption during pregnancy. Caffeine can also contribute to heartburn by stimulating the secretion of stomach acid.It also causes sleeplessness. It makes it harder for the body to absorb iron. so the best advice would be to limit caffeine intake or stop it altogether.

Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
