A healthy breakfast for kids should include a glass of milk, a boiled egg and fruits. These food items are really healthy and parents should avoid giving snacks and fried food in breakfast. Parents should make it point that they do not serve bread in breakfast as it very bad for health.

All of us have corn flakes in breakfast. It is very healthy and nutritious breakfast for kids. My kids love eating corn flakes in breakfast. I avoid giving them bread item in breakfast as it is not good for healthy. I would prefer to stick to corn flakes for making healthy breakfast for kids.

It is very necessary to give healthy breakfast to kids. I think break fast should only include fruits and salads. Fruits like papaya and apple should be consumed for breakfasts. Parents can even choose to make breakfast interesting by including fruit juices in breakfast.
