I am a teacher in a govt. school of Delhi.I am good looking and well dressed too.

However,I have been bit reserved all my life.

But I talk to my colleagues in moderation.Not that I am dumb.

Wherever I go,people try to bully me or pass nasty comments.If I ignore,they get more aggressive.If I reply back,they trouble me more.

And will complain to the boss about me.The boss will also not give me even 1 chance to show their real picture,but will go on lecturing me to behave well!

All my frenz who know others were misbehaving with me will act diplomatically with them and therefore don' t support me.So I am alone and have to struggle really hard in interpersonal relations.This has been my story always.

My so-called friends tell me,I am bullied since I am reserved.Now is that such a big drawback?Doesn' t a reserved person have the right to live respectfully?Isn' t he a human?
I have seen reserved people around me,but I never see them facing any harassment.

So how do I reply back to such people,so that they stop misbehaving,and at the same time,my job remains retained and my boss also understands me?

Please give me practical tips... Aakriti replied. People usually target the ones they think are weak to show everyone how strong they are. If you find a way to prove them that you are not weak as they think you are then they would stop harassing you one and for all. chaitanya replied. Dear Shweta,

Its not your fault (being reserved) still you are ill treated.

You can approach women' s committee & lodge a complaint as you are working in Govt. sector, you might be knowing the Depts.

Secondly through the contacts from your ' Samaj' /Community influence your boss, so that he will cooperate.

People usually target someone who is reserved and also alone, try mingling up with other set of colleagues for sometime and see, may be that will help you.
