is it possible 2 make icing at home?pls give the recipe.how many minutes it take 2 make a microwave cake.

hi tara,

i have two easy recipes to make icing at home. the first one is a chocolate icing which is just awesome and really easy.

ingredients:
1 cup water
half cup milk
1 cup sugar (the usual kind..not icing)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon butter

method: put all the ingredients in a large saucepan and boil till it thickens. this usually takes about 20-25 minutes. wait for about 10 mins till it cools slightly and pour over the cake.

recipe 2:

ingredients
1 cup double cream
1 cup icing sugar
half tsp vanilla icing

method: beat all the above ingredients until fluffy. ur icing is ready.
