Hi eevryone,
My EDD of delievery is 16th oct.In my last visit the doctor said the baby was in breech postion and that little can be done about it.

I would prefer avoiding a CSection.Can anyone help me know as to after 35th week are there any methods to get the baby's head down.Its weight is 2.2 kg at 35th week.
just a bit worried.

Hi Neeta,

Your doc will know what is best for you.
I am in no way connected to the medical profession (i am an engg). What I gave was a suggestion. But again I am not a pro so please do check with your doc.

Hey dear thanks a lot..this week dr said the baby has put its head down now lets see whether the baby intents to move again or not:-)

Subject:  Pelvic tilts



Hi Neeta,

Have you tried pelvic tilts by getting down on your hands and knees? My instructor at the child birth prep class says it can help. Maybe your doc can recommend similar excersies.

Besides my aminiotic fluid level measures 9 at 35 week.
Should I go about trying the excercises.
