Hi, Looks like everyone is busy, I dont see any new posting. I' ll give you my update, had an ultrasound last week, saw the heart beat. It was wonderful. But the baby' s size is small and my EDD has been pushed by 10 days. Not sure if its a good sign. But will just go with it.

Other than that nausea is as severe as ever. Dont like to eat any thing. when I eat something, I just gag. Hoping for it to reduce soon.

How are you all doing? Keep posting.

Hello there,

I m sorry to hear abt ur nausea. well try chewing a tiny piece of ginger, its good for nausea. also an inch of jaggery. replace white sugar with powdered gur in ur tea, or any sweet that u have/make. u can powder/grate it at home and for using just take warm water put the reqd amnt of gur stir it completely thn strain n use. coz gur has lots of kachra...

try munching on soaked badam, kishmish, kharik, fruits so that ur stomach is full n u n baby r not starving coz of nausea.
